You Still Can't Win Rules

a) At the start of each round of the contest, a list of twenty-six official contest questions and answers will be created by WHQG. The twenty-six official questions and answers will each be marked with a letter from A-Z

b) To enter, contestants must call THE HOG Studio Line at (414) 799-1029, toll free at 1-866-BOB-N-BRIAN or 1-877-777-1029, or #HOG on a U.S. Cellular phone weekdays when the contest is announced. One caller will be selected each day to participate in contest. Callers may participate as contestants only once per week. All decisions regarding contestants eligibility made by WHQG are final.

c) The methodology of You Still Can't Win is as follows: * Prior to each weekday's game play, five letters will be selected by 102.9 THE HOG * The five questions corresponding to the letters selected will be the questions asked during that game play. 102.9 THE HOG will not disclose the letter corresponding to the questions being asked on-air. * Contestants on You Still Can't Win must correctly answer the five contest questions in the order asked to win. If any question is answered incorrectly, the game play will be over and no prizes will be awarded. * This methodology will continue for each game play until a contestant successfully answers the five contest questions in the order asked. That round will then be declared over and a new round with a new set of twenty-six official questions and answers will begin the next weekday the game is played.

d) Contestant's answers must match the official answer as compiled and interpreted by 102.9 THE HOG. WHQG acknowledges that other correct answers may exist, but only the official answer as compiled by 102.9 THE HOG will be accepted for contest purposes. All decisions regarding acceptable answers made by WHQG are final.

e) Contestants will have a maximum of 5 seconds to begin to correctly answer to each individual question. If the contestant does not begin to give their answer after the 5-second window, they will be judged to have an incorrect answer and that day's game play will be over. All answers must be finished in a "reasonable amount of time." The time allowed to provide an answer is solely up to WHQG. All decisions regarding time allotment for a contestant's answer by WHQG are final.

f) Documentation of sources for questions and answers may be obtained by written request. All requests must be mailed to: 102.9 THE HOG c/o You Still Can't Win 5407 W. McKinley Milwaukee, WI 53208) The list of current You Still Can't Win prize is identified in promotional announcements preceding each day's game play. All prizes are furnished to 102.9 THE HOG in exchange for promotional consideration.

h) Times and days that the game is played are at the discretion of WHQG.

i) 102.9 THE HOGreserves the right to modify the rules of You Still Can't Win. Any changes will be disclosed on-air and posted on 1029thehog.com. All 102.9 THE HOG General Contest Rules apply. All decisions of WHQG are final.

j) For a list of the prize winners, send a self addressed stamped envelope to 102.9 THE HOG, c/o You Still Can't Win Winners, 5407 W. McKinley, Milwaukee, WI, 53208. Original contest rules 7/9/92. Revised 4/25/03 & 9/05
